Your sample is the first garment crafted from your new pattern. It’s the piece that brings your concept to life and allows you to refine and perfect your vision to suit your needs. Our tailors and sample makers collaborate closely with the creative team and patternmakers to produce the best version of your design. With their expertise in various fabric qualities and finishing techniques, they elevate your design into a finished garment that exceeds expectations.

Before moving on to full-scale production, creating samples is essential. Samples are the crucial first step in transforming your ideas into finished products. This process helps minimize errors in mass production. By using trial and error during sample production, our team ensures your garments are in top-notch shape before moving forward.

Whether you bring us an existing garment or have created your first sample with us, we meticulously fit and perfect each piece. A fitting session typically lasts between 15 to 45 minutes, during which we conduct a thorough evaluation of the seams, fit, and overall appearance of the garment. We record all notes and corrections during these sessions to ensure that the subsequent steps are carried out precisely

We provide digital grading services for your sizing needs. Any software or file, CLO3d included, we can handle. Have paper patterns? We can digitize and grade them to your desired size ranges.

Fabric plays a crucial role in defining your product's appearance, texture, cost, and overall finish. We can either collaborate directly with our clients to find the ideal fabric or handle the entire sourcing and management process ourselves. Our team diligently searches both domestically and internationally to secure the best quality fabrics.

Beyond selecting the right buttons or zippers, each garment involves various components such as fusibles, linings, facings, labels, and tags. Managing these elements can be both exhausting and time-consuming. At Stealth Labs, we can source, recommend, and oversee these materials for your project.

Once you approve your sample and all pre-production steps are completed, we can proceed with producing volume of the style.
